Can I order samples before bulk production?
Yes. You can request material samples, custom logo samples or pre-production samples before approving bulk production.
What file types can I upload for custom accessories?
You can upload AI, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG and ZIP files in the quote form. SVG uploads are not enabled in this first version unless a safe sanitizing workflow is added.
Do you support private label packaging?
Yes. Backing cards, hang tags, barcode stickers, retail boxes and private label packaging can be quoted based on your brand requirements.
