Bead Quality Comparison
Compare acrylic beads, pearls, crystals and mixed beads before confirming a wholesale production route.
Confirm Composition and Bead Layout
For a custom beaded phone strap or a short decorative charm, record each component before comparing samples. A photo helps identify color and shape; the agreed component list identifies the bead material, cord, pendant and hardware.

| Visible direction | Ask the supplier to identify | Review on the selected sample |
|---|---|---|
| White or pearl-style beads | Actual bead composition and surface treatment | Bead size, shape, surface consistency and complete loop fit |
| Clear or sparkling details | Bead and pendant materials, finish and connection | Edges, holes, surface appearance and movement at the connection |
| Colored or shaped beads | Component materials, color references and approved sequence | Color match, shape, bead order and spacing |
| Mixed bead-and-charm builds | A separate entry for beads, cord, pendants, rings and clasp | Finished drop, assembly weight and clearance between moving parts |
For a pearl phone charm or crystal phone charm reference, ask which components create that appearance and confirm their identity in the sample specification. Dimensions, weight and acceptance limits are agreed for the selected build. Use the bead material guide for composition questions, then request the chosen sample.
Pull Force Test
Review connector strength and sample construction before approving bulk beaded phone charm orders.
Choose the Use Before the Connection Check
State whether your reference is a short decoration or a phone-carrying assembly. For decorative beaded phone charms, review the cord or chain ends, clasp closure, connecting rings and any detachable pendant. If a carrying function is required, identify the intended phone and case and agree the complete assembly check before sampling.
A component result must identify the tested component; an assembly result must identify the full connection. Use the existing sample and test-record checklist below to agree the setup, acceptance criteria and approval record. For a wrist-carry design, continue to the custom phone wrist strap guide.
Logo Methods
Choose how your brand mark appears on the strap, charm, buckle, tag or retail packaging.

Laser Engraved Metal Tag
Use for premium metal details, buckles, tags, clips or small plates.

Alloy Logo Charm
Use for boutique brands, retail collections and premium logo display.

PVC Logo Piece
Consider a separate PVC logo component for a colorful design. Confirm its artwork, size, process and quotation for the selected build.

Acrylic Logo Charm
Use for lightweight, transparent or colorful logo display.
Specify the Logo Component and Its Position
Choose where branding belongs: a separate tag or pendant, or the backing card and packaging. Provide the artwork, requested outline, orientation and a position marked on the reference photo. Review legibility at the final size and check that the added piece moves freely beside the beads, bow or clasp.
If the design includes a printed acrylic pendant, submit its artwork and outline separately from the bead sequence. List a pendant change separately from a complete bead-assembly change in the brief. Use artwork upload to send the files, then confirm the selected logo method and assembled sample before production.

From 100 pcs
Applies to adding a logo to an existing style. New body, component or packing requirements are reviewed per project.
Confirm project timing
Agree production and dispatch timing after the specification, quantity, artwork, sample and destination are confirmed.

Separate the Assembly, Logo and Packaging Requirements
Adding your logo to an existing style can start from 100 pieces. For a changed shape, the confirmed process minimum applies to the relevant component: 100 pieces per design for printed acrylic, 2,000 per design for soft PVC and 1,000 per design for standard sewn plush. These component-process terms do not establish one minimum for every finished bead assembly. Other materials, new bead layouts and special requirements are confirmed in the project quote.
List quantity per design and color, which reference parts remain, the logo or pendant change and the packing method. Ask for the applicable minimum and any setup or sampling fee for each requested change. Different designs are not combined to meet one design minimum.
Before ordering phone charms in bulk, freeze the approved bead sequence, component list, cord or chain ends, hardware, logo artwork and packaging proof. A reorder brief should identify that approved version and every requested change. Confirm sample, production and shipping milestones against the current specification and destination.
Review the existing beaded-charm product reference, request the appropriate sample, then send the reference, quantities and changes in a beaded phone charm quote request.
Hardware Salt Spray Test
Choose gold, silver or custom hardware finishes with practical quality checks for retail programs.
Private Label and Packaging Support
Add logo charms, backing cards, barcode labels and retail packaging before shipment.
Prepare a Repeatable Retail Specification
Give each design its own reference, color sequence, logo proof and packaging file. Confirm whether the retail pack includes only the charm or also a phone tab, and match the installation wording to the supplied connection. Keep the approved packed sample and versioned component list for repeat orders.
A clear brief lets a phone charm supplier review the selected build and packing together. Include the selling market, quantity per design and color, barcode data and required delivery date in the quote request.
Specify the Bead Layout and the Evidence Needed for Approval
For phone charms wholesale, approve the bead layout and parts list together.

What is the MOQ for beaded phone charms?
Adding your logo to an existing style can start from 100 pieces. For a changed component shape, the confirmed process minimum applies to that component: 100 pieces per design for printed acrylic, 2,000 for soft PVC and 1,000 for standard sewn plush. These terms do not set one minimum for every complete bead assembly. Confirm new bead layouts, other materials and special requirements in the project quote; different designs are not combined to meet one design minimum.
