Production Process

See how Eversun Accessory reviews artwork, suggests materials, prepares digital proof, samples, production and QC.
Use Approval Gates from Artwork to Shipment
For keychain manufacturing and other custom accessory projects, agree the following records with the quotation. Each stage should refer to the same design and version, so the approved sample can be compared with the bulk order.
- Project brief: record product use, quantity per design, material, dimensions, hardware, packaging, destination and required date. Identify any customer test or documentation requirement.
- Artwork and construction review: approve the design version, orientation, logo position and proposed material/hardware specifications. A digital proof checks the design layout; physical finish and fit still need the appropriate sample.
- Physical sample approval: record the sample reference, measured details, fit observations and agreed checks. List any changes and confirm which require a revised proof or another sample.
- Bulk release: confirm the approved version, quantity split, pack details and project schedule. Keep pending changes visible rather than treating an earlier sample as approval for a different build.
- Shipment preparation: agree the inspection evidence, item/pack identification, carton quantities and shipping documents needed for the order. Check these against the final approved specification.
For private label accessories, also confirm the development and tooling scope. Begin with artwork preparation and sample approval, or return to keychain procurement and bag charm procurement. Add the required records and schedule to your quote request.
For the next step in planning this product, review Custom Tumbler & Bottle Charms Wholesale, Custom Phone Straps & Charms Manufacturer. Use the matching guide to confirm the construction, sample or packaging details for your brief.

Confirm What Starts the Production Schedule
For die-cut custom keychains, production time and manufacturing lead time need to be confirmed for the quoted outline, material build, artwork layers, quantity and packing. Use this construction-specific route only when die-cut work is part of the selected product.
- Ask which approved records and commercial conditions must be complete before the schedule starts.
- Separate artwork review, physical sampling, bulk production and shipment planning.
- State the required in-hand date and destination, not only a desired production date.
- When a design or pack changes, identify the affected approval and confirm the revised schedule.
There is no single production-time figure that covers every material and project. Keep the agreed schedule with the final specification and project quotation.
