OEM & PRIVATE LABEL
Custom Accessories Manufacturing
Eversun Accessory supports brands, retailers and gift buyers with custom accessories manufacturing. Start by deciding whether to add your logo to an existing style or develop a new shape, then agree the components, quantity and sample approval for that scope.

OEM / ODM project scope
Private label accessories: two ways to start
Choose the route by the changes your product needs. This keeps the quantity, development work and approval basis aligned with the actual design.
Route 01
Add your logo to an existing style
Start from a selected reference style and keep its product shape. Adding only your logo can start from 100 units. Identify the logo position and the details you intend to retain so the applicable setup and sample requirements can be confirmed.
Changes to components, construction, colors or packaging need their own project review.
Route 02
Develop a new shape or construction
Use this route when the product outline or structure changes. The material path, quantity for each design, sample development and any tooling are assessed for that scope.
Mixed-material designs need a component breakdown so newly developed parts and retained parts can be identified.
Build your custom project brief for the selected route.

Minimum quantities follow the development route
| Project scope | Quantity basis | Development cost to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Existing style; only your logo added | Can start from 100 units | Applicable logo setup, sample and packaging requirements |
| New shape or redevelopment in printed acrylic | 100 units per style/design | Custom sample development and project-specific setup |
| New shape or redevelopment in ordinary sewn plush | 1,000 units per style/design | Sample development fee assessed by difficulty; no separate ordinary mold fee |
| New shape or redevelopment in soft PVC | 2,000 units per style/design | Sample development fee and mold fee, quoted as separate items |
New-development quantities apply to each style or design. Quantities from different designs are not pooled to meet one design’s minimum. Metal, beaded and other mixed constructions, vinyl-face composite work and custom dyeing require individual assessment.
Existing reference samples and newly developed custom samples are different requests. Sample charges, tooling and freight need separate confirmation. Use Order Samples to select the sample route and the Return and Refund Policy for applicable sample-fee refund or credit conditions.
For a keychain project, the bulk quote comparison guide explains how to compare quotations for the same specification.
Define what stays and what changes
For private label fashion accessories, agree the finished specification at component level. A reference photograph is a starting point; the quotation and approved sample establish the product for your project.
Product and connection
Identify the main body, decorative parts, connectors and hardware. Mark the required shape, dimensions, attachment and color for each part, including which parts remain as shown in the reference.
Branding and presentation
Identify the logo position and artwork version, then agree the packaging needed for the project. Revision scope, approval responsibility and any artwork or tooling ownership, storage and reuse terms need written agreement.
Artwork submission covers the technical files. Packaging Options covers presentation choices. Commercial rights and project responsibilities belong in the Terms and Conditions and your agreed order documents.
Confirm the physical sample before bulk production
Bulk production requires both parties to confirm an identifiable physical approval sample and its written specification. Agree which version is approved and review later changes against that basis.
Check the manufacturing scope for your project
The photographs below are from Eversun’s metal factory archive, taken in December 2019. For current supplier approval, ask us to confirm the production arrangements for your selected materials, components and order.

The archive records the workshop at that time. Current capacity, equipment, inspection arrangements and certification scope require current project information.
Company and production relationship
Confirm the registered trading entity and how it relates to the production site. Identify who handles the proposed steps for your selected product.
Order-specific evidence
State any audit, test or certificate your sourcing policy needs. Check the document holder, covered site or product, scope and validity before relying on it.
Customer feedback and reference information has a separate role in evaluating relevant project evidence.
Start with a reference and your intended changes
Send the selected product or reference image, quantity for each design and the changes you need. Your destination and required arrival date help us assess the project with its specification.
