Order Samples Before Bulk Production
Request material samples, pre-production samples or packaging samples before bulk production. Sample checks help confirm beads, leather, acrylic, PVC, metal hardware, logo placement and retail-ready packaging.
State the sample quantity you need separately from the planned bulk quantity. Specify an existing inspiration-library sample or new custom sampling, together with any material or packaging sample needs; confirm availability, charges and freight for that request. For the later bulk order, adding your logo to an existing style can start from 100 pieces, while new product shapes have material-specific minimums. For phone accessories, review the order routes before listing the design and component changes.
Existing Samples and New Custom Sampling
An existing sample selected from our inspiration library and a newly made custom sample are different requests. The existing-sample fee and the new custom sampling fee are quoted separately. Reference samples may be provided free by agreement, with freight paid by the buyer; this does not mean all library samples or new custom samples are free. Custom sampling fees for acrylic and plush may be refunded or credited under the agreed project terms; other materials do not support this refund or credit. Confirm the amount, conditions and timing before sampling.

How to request and review a keychain sample before bulk production
A keychain sample or other accessory sample can serve different purposes. State whether you are selecting an existing reference, checking a material or package, or asking for a new sample built to your design.

Prepare a Written Sample Request
If you are asking about free keychain samples, identify the exact reference and destination so availability and applicable shipping can be confirmed under the sample terms above. For new development, ask the quote to separate the custom sample charge, tooling where applicable and any packaging sample.
PVC development has a sample development fee and a mold fee. Ordinary sewn plush development has a sample fee assessed by difficulty, without a separate ordinary mold fee. Vinyl-face composite work and custom dyeing require individual assessment.
For a mixed-material sample, list all components and identify which are existing references and which need new development. Use that scope for the fee assessment and the sample approval record.

Record the Sample Design and the Decision
For a keychain sample design or another custom accessory, record the reference, artwork version, components and requested changes. Ask which sample type can answer the remaining question before approving bulk production.
- Identify the sample and specification version in writing.
- Record the finished dimensions and attachment fit you need checked.
- List accepted details and every change still required.
- Confirm whether a revised proof or another physical sample is needed.
