For wholesale custom keychains or another custom accessory order, identify the selected reference and separate an existing style with only a logo added from a shape or construction change. Use the optional design rows in the form to record quantities, dimensions and packing for each version.

Material, finished size and units, attachment hardware and the intended use or fit requirement.
Logo/artwork version, requested sample type and any packaging or barcode needs.
Destination country and required delivery date, with any inspection or documentation requirement.
Attach the reference photo and identify the body, decorative parts, connector and hardware. Mark what stays the same and what needs development.
Quantity and artwork
Give the quantity for each design and color, finished size with units, artwork version and the exact component to carry the logo.
Sample, pack and delivery
State the sample type, packing direction, destination and required in-hand date. Ask for undecided items to be listed in the quotation.
For bulk die-cut custom keychains, include the required outline, hole or loop position, front/back artwork and quantity per design. Confirm the minimum order quantity for that construction rather than applying the existing-style logo minimum to every new shape.
